Global Missions at Cedar Springs
2008 Short-Term trips

Mekong | October 2008
Piers Vander will be leading a CSPC trip to the Mekong Region in October. Partnering with missionary Jeff A., the vision for this trip is to develop a team for this region much like the Mozambique team. Another desire for this trip is to inspire a group to begin praying regularly for this region. A group of 4-6 people is being prayed for to participate. Prayer walking and documenting the work being done in the region by video are on the agenda for this trip. The trip would last 8-9 days beginning with a flight into Bangkok. People who can relate “heart to heart” as well as people gifted with a talent for video are needed. The team will spend much time in prayer preparing for the trip stateside. If interested contact Piers Vander: (291-5217 or piersvander@cspc.net).
Ethiopia | Date TBA in 2008 or 2009
Cedar Springs is planning to send a short-term mission team to Addis Ababa, Ethiopia in 2008-2009 in order to help our missionaries – Andy & Beverly Warren - with the HIV/AIDS project that they are currently expanding. We’re looking for medical professionals; people with micro-finance skills, church planters, youth workers and ESL teachers to join the team. If you have one of these skills and would like to prayerfully consider this trip or for more information please contact Almaz Gemechu at (291-5282 or almaz@cspc.net).
